Growth Intelligence
Your Google Analytics, Search Console and WooCommerce numbers, turned into a ranked list of concrete improvements. Your developer prepares each change for your approval, and a month later PressHelm tells you whether it worked. Business and Agency plans.
What you get#
- Opportunities, best first: pages Google shows high but few people click, searches where a page sits just below the top results, pages losing traffic (and the likely reason), products with visitors but few sales, pages worth promoting, older pages to refresh, pages competing for the same search, and tracking problems.
- Evidence with every one: the numbers, where they come from, which dates, the likely explanation and how sure it is, the exact change, an estimated range of benefit (never a promise) and how it will be measured.
- Changes through approvals: your developer reads the page, drafts the change and sends it for your approval with the opportunity and expected range on the card. Undo works as always.
- Did it work? About a month after a change PressHelm compares 28 days before with 28 days after, adjusted for the rest of your site (season, Google updates), and sends you the verdict: improved, no clear change, worse or inconclusive, with its confidence.
Set it up#
Open Growth in PressHelm Cloud#
In app.presshelmai.com → Growth, click Connect Google next to your site and sign in with the Google account that can see your Analytics and Search Console.
Allow read-only access#
Google asks to let PressHelm see your Analytics and Search Console data. PressHelm cannot change anything in your Google accounts.
Choose the property and site#
Pick the GA4 property and Search Console site of this website (PressHelm suggests the matching ones) and save. If they belong to another website, the page warns you.
Wait for the first data#
The newest weeks arrive within minutes, then up to 16 months of history in the background. Opportunities appear once there is enough data, usually within a day.
Store sales come through the PressHelm plugin on your site (totals by day and product, never customer names or emails). Update the plugin to 1.0.8 or later.
Ask your developer#
Accept or reject suggestions#
Say “do that one next week” and it stays on your list as accepted; say “that one doesn’t apply, it’s a seasonal page” and it is hidden with your reason. If you reject the same kind of suggestion twice, similar ones rank lower on that site. Goals and priorities you mention (“the linen range matters most”) raise matching opportunities.
Keyword search volume (optional)#
Search Console tells you how often your site was shown, not how many people search. For monthly search volume per keyword and country, connect your own DataForSEO account on the Growth page. You pay DataForSEO directly (about $0.09 per lookup of up to 100 keywords; repeats within 30 days are free), and PressHelm stops at the monthly cap you set.
How honest it is#
- Findings are calculated by PressHelm’s own software from your data, not invented by an AI; your AI only explains them and drafts changes.
- Every number says its source and dates; thin data gives no finding rather than a guess.
- Results are correlation, not proof; other changes, seasons and tracking problems are listed when they could explain a result.
| Reads | Kept | |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Daily totals by landing page and channel | Up to 16 months |
| Search Console | Daily clicks, impressions, position by page and search | Up to 16 months (searches: 90 days) |
| WooCommerce | Daily orders, revenue, refunds by product (no customer data) | Up to 16 months |
| DataForSEO (optional) | Monthly search volume for keywords you look up | Cached 30 days |
Disconnecting revokes access at Google at once; collected data is deleted after 30 days unless you reconnect. “Delete data” removes everything immediately. Details in the privacy policy.
