Teams, clients & white label
Work on client sites as a team: invite people with the right role, give every client their own account under your Agency plan, and show your own name instead of PressHelm.
Invite your team#
In PressHelm Cloud → Accounts, invite people by email with a role. The link works once, for that address only, for 7 days.

Approvals in Telegram stay with the site owner's own linked Telegram account.
Client accounts (Agency plan)#
Create one account per client and tick A client of this agency account. Client accounts are covered by your Agency plan: nothing to pay there, and its site limit counts across your agency and all clients. For each client you can set a site limit and a daily limit of AI actions, and see their sites and today's actions in the Clients card. Invite the client's own people to their account with any role.
White label (Agency plan)#
Set your name, tagline, logo, accent colour and support link in White label. Your clients then see your brand instead of PressHelm's in the dashboard, invitation emails and Telegram messages, and, with the PressHelm Pro add-on installed on their site, in the WordPress screens. Leave the name empty to switch it off.
The free plugin from WordPress.org keeps its own name in the plugin list (a WordPress.org rule); the Pro add-on renames its screens.
