Terms of service

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms apply to PressHelm, provided by CodeSolz ("we"): the PressHelm Vibe AI plugin, the PressHelm Vibe AI Pro add-on, and PressHelm Cloud at app.presshelmai.com. By creating an account or connecting a site, you agree to them.

1. The service

PressHelm is an AI assistant that works on WordPress sites you connect, at your request, through your chosen chat channel. The plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. PressHelm Cloud is a hosted service we operate.

2. Your account and sites

3. AI providers and third-party services

PressHelm uses the AI provider account, Claude or ChatGPT plan, and Telegram bot that you supply. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and their charges are billed to you by them. Estimated costs shown by PressHelm are for information; your provider's bill is what counts.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use PressHelm to break the law, to harm, spam or deceive others, to access sites or systems without permission, to infringe others' rights, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer PressHelm Cloud.

5. Changes to your site and backups

PressHelm saves what it changes so you can undo it, checks your site after changes, and asks for approval for changes that need it. AI can still make mistakes. Review what you approve and keep your own regular backups of your site; PressHelm's undo records are not a replacement for a full backup.

6. Plans and payment

The PressHelm Vibe AI plugin and a PressHelm Cloud account are free. Paid plans or the Pro add-on, when offered, are described at the time of purchase, including price, billing period and cancellation.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep PressHelm available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of important changes.

8. Ending use

You can disconnect a site in WordPress or close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.

9. Liability

PressHelm is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
