Run your store from a chat: products and variations, prices and sales, stock, images and galleries, bulk changes, orders, and CSV imports and exports with undo.

Products#

Create and edit simple and variable products: name, SKU, prices, sale prices and dates, stock, descriptions, categories, attributes and variations, images and galleries. Every product change saves the whole product first, so undo restores it exactly, variations included.

Bulk changes with a preview#

For many products at once, PressHelm first shows a preview (which products, old and new values), then applies it after your approval. One undo puts them all back.

Orders#

List and read orders, change an order’s status, and add order notes. Status changes can send WooCommerce’s normal customer emails, and the card tells you so.

Import and export#

Import products from a CSV you send in Telegram or link to: PressHelm previews what will be created or updated, imports in the background, and the whole import can be undone. Export products to CSV and get the file back in your chat.

Store settings#

Store address, currency and other general settings (payment gateway settings are never changed by PressHelm).
